Admissions FAQs

Can I be admitted the same day I call?

Yes, we offer same-day admissions when beds are available and your insurance is verified. For urgent situations, we prioritize getting you into treatment as quickly as possible. Call our 24/7 admissions line to check availability.

What if I'm not ready to commit to treatment?

That's okay. Our admissions team can answer questions, provide information, and help you explore your options without pressure. Many people call multiple times before making the decision to enter treatment. We're here when you're ready.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Yes, you may bring your cell phone, but usage is restricted during treatment hours to ensure you can focus on recovery. Phones are typically allowed during free time in the evenings and weekends. Specific policies vary by program level.

How long will I be in treatment?

Treatment length varies based on individual needs and progress. Residential programs typically last 30-90 days, PHP is 2-4 weeks, and IOP runs 6-12 weeks. Your treatment team will work with you to determine the appropriate duration.

What if I need to leave treatment early?

While we strongly encourage completing your full treatment program, you have the right to leave at any time (unless court-ordered). We'll work with you to address concerns and, if you do leave, help create a plan for continuing care.

Will I have to share a room?

Our residential program offers both shared and private rooms based on availability and preference. Shared rooms promote peer support and community, while private rooms offer more solitude. Discuss your preference with admissions.
